I’m still doing well in my 30 for 30 challenge, although I seem to be ending each week on a rough note. Hopefully that is not a sign of how this challenge will work out! I’m a little worried that my outfits may get boring even though, so far, you can’t really even tell that I’m remixing the same pieces! Although I did wear the same cardigan and skinny jeans combo twice this week (outfits 7 and 11) to get two very different results. I like the first outfit of the two better though, because I think it has a much cleaner, chicer look. My favorite looks this week (because I can’t just pick one – that must be a good sign of my remixing capabilities, right?) are numbers 8,9, and 10.

I apologize (for the second time this week) for the bad lighting, but this picture was taken at the end of an unexpectedly long, emotionally and mentally exhausting day (that quite possibly involved some tears). Anyways, I didn’t get home until way later than I thought and only had about 30 seconds to snap a photo before I had to turn around and leave again. When I first put this on and throughout the day, I really liked this outfit as a comfy, casual, but still cute look. However, looking back at the pictures, I’m not sure about the black and brown together. Maybe I just have elevenitis…
Oh well, weather permitting, tomorrow should be an exceptionally good day with a cute outfit to boot!

I was really excited to wear my second Tucker for Target item today. This blouse has such vibrant colors and a pretty pattern! I even felt a bit regal with the looser sleeves. It also paired so nicely with my new goldenrod skirt. It’s a little bit of an unusual color, but I think it will prove to be very versatile. The only problem is that it got fairly wrinkled during a school day of mostly sitting, especially in the waistband – maybe improving my posture would help that! I had some trouble picking out tights and shoes to go with it though. In the end, I think the brown worked well to balance the bold colors and my camel colored flats added just the slightest hint of edge. This was definitely one of my favorite outfits of the 30 for 30 so far!
